About the Author
Dilys Rose was born in Glasgow in 1954. After graduating from Edinburgh University in 1974 with a degree in English Literature and Philosophy, she travelled widely before beginning to write in 1980. She has previously published two collections of poetry, three collections of short stories, and a novel, Pest Maiden. She now lives in Edinburgh with her family, where she works as a creative writing tutor and writer-in-residence at Edinburgh University.
