This book explores the phenomenon of internalized homonegativity among same gender loving Black men and provides practical and accessible tools to help this cohort, as well as clinical providers serving this group, process their feelings related to this phenomenon. Written from personal and clinical experience, Patrick Grant defines internalized homonegativity as negative appraisals a person endorses due to their same gender loving identity.
