"You Are Your Strong is a perfect to jump-start conversations with children about their big emotions. It is a good book for families to read together, because parents will find themselves relating and sharing their own stories. This is a book for all ages." -Children's Books Heal

"Hitting a nerve that can at times be very raw and complicated, You Are Your Strong is, at its core, an educational resource for early elementary developmental and therapeutic services." -New York Journal of Books

"This sweet, empowering book is perfect for starting a conversation about coping with strong emotions. We love the gentle way it helps children notice the skills adults use to address their emotional needs, and how it inspires kids to develop their own strategies to cope with everyday aggravations and disappointments." -Doing Good Together

"Zivoin's sculptural art viscerally captures the characters' emotional highs and lows, while Dufayet's adjectives-as-nouns conceit is delivered with a soothing lilt." -Publishers Weekly

"Powerful and affirming." -Kirkus Reviews

"If you want a book that empowers exploration of children's emotions and at the same time helps them develop self-awareness, internalize strength and then use that strength to promote their own calmness, this is the book for you. I highly recommend this valuable book." -Oregon Coast Youth Book Preview Center

"A great book for helping children (and adults!) understand that they hold the strength they need." -Katie Reviews Books

"This book would be enjoyed by all children, particularly anyone who has ever felt like their emotions are sometimes bigger than they are. For adults reading to children, this book provides a lovely point of connection, to discuss those big emotions in a safe and reassuring way." -Kids' Book Review

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
