Description

From USA Today bestselling author Sonali Dev comes the heartfelt story of a woman determined to reunite a lost ring with its owner, who ends up finding herself along the way.

Mira Salvi has the perfect life-a job she loves, a fiance everyone adores, and the secure future she's always imagined for herself. Really, she hasn't a thing to complain about, not even when she has to go on her engagement trip to New York alone.

While playing tourist in the city, Mira chances upon a lost ring, and her social media post to locate its owner goes viral. With everyone trying to claim the ring, only one person seems to want to find its owner as badly as Mira does: journalist Krish Hale. Brooding and arrogant, he will do anything to get to write this story.

As Krish and Mira reluctantly join forces and jump into the adventure of tracing the ring back to where it belongs, Mira begins to wonder if she is in the right place in her own life. She had to have found this ring for a reason...right? Maybe, like the owner of the lost ring, her happy ending hasn't been written yet either.

Praise for There's Something About Mira

"It's so rare to find edge-of-your-seat drama that also cracks your humanity open. There's truly something about Sonali Dev's There's Something About Mira-it's a book with so much heart you'll want to wrap every character in a hug and never let them go." -Ali Rosen, author of Alternate Endings

"Love, adventure, mystery, and Sonali's signature wit-you can't go wrong with this one. I got so carried away with this story that I read it in one sitting. Lose yourself in this mystery that explores what it means to love and be loved." -Sally Kilpatrick, USA Today bestselling author

"Sonali Dev knows how to deliver a punch to the gut while making her reader laugh at the same time. Her characters are masterfully constructed, their emotions raw, their relationships real no matter how desperate or trivial their situation. Mira Salvi's journey to restore a lost ring to its rightful owner while also trying to plan a wedding with Dr. Right, and trying not to fall in love with Mr. Unexpected, is both heartrending and heart-healing. I read it in one sitting and came away breathless. A must read!" -Trisha Das, author of Never Meant to Stay

"There's Something About Mira is everything that makes Sonali Dev's work special: swoon-worthy romantic elements, nuanced social themes around the consequences of other people's expectations and influences on who and how we should love, and beautifully rendered characters. I loved every minute of this story and am jealous of those who get to read it for the first time." -Jamie Beck, Wall Street Journal bestselling author

"Simply put, a masterpiece. Only Sonali Dev could create an achingly beautiful, sob-and-laugh-out-loud, best-banter-ever story of healing, courage, family, and the most magical coincidence ever. Absolutely extraordinary, and Dev's best book to date." -Kristan Higgins, New York Times bestselling author

"Sonali Dev is a master of the craft, and every time I open up one of her novels, I know I'm in for something special! There's Something About Mira absolutely captured my heart, and Mira was a delight to root for. Her journey to uncover the truth-about the ring and herself-takes the reader on a gorgeous, layered exploration of family, self-discovery and acceptance, and love. Warm and brilliant, with Sonali Dev's trademark wit and lush prose, this is an absolute must-read!" -Naina Kumar, USA Today bestselling author of Say You'll Be Mine

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
