About the Author
Bart van Olphen is arguably the world's most passionate sustainable fishing advocate and overall lover of fish: He was named "world's most sustainable seafood entrepreneur" in 2008, and his book Fish Tales: Stories & Recipes from Sustainable Fisheries Around the World won the 2011 Gourmand World Cookbook Award for "best sustainable cookbook." He is also the cofounder of the tinned fish brand Fish Tales.
