About the Author
Niall Breslin (Bressie) is an Irish musician and podcaster. He has a master's degree in Mindfulness Based Interventions from UCD. Niall presents the popular Where is My Mind? mental health podcast and is co-founder of the mental health charity Lust for Life.
Sheena Dempsey is an award-winning children's book illustrator from Cork. She lives in Kent with her husband, Mick, and their greyhound, Jeremy.
