About the Author
Konstantinos Sergakis is Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Glasgow, and School International Lead for the University of Glasgow School of Law. He holds an LLB from the University of Athens, an LLM in International Business Law from University College London and a PhD from the University Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne.
