Through therapy, time with her mentor, the support of other loved ones, mindfulness, journaling, and learning self-compassion, Robin learned to live her life to the fullest. Self-soothing helped Robin through difficult times, and she loves to share what she learned with others. Robin has an MFA from California State University, Northridge, and she has been published in The Washington Post, USA TODAY, and many other publications.
