About the Author
Richard is the founder of the Global Association of Corporate Universities and Academies (G-ACUA). He has held senior management roles in restructuring and development in organisations such as GKN, the Scottish Office, the Arabian Gulf Organisation for Industrial Consulting and the Battelle Memorial Institute. He was the lead partner in an independent consulting group specialising in top management processes for real time development and became the co-ordinating partner in the European Commission's ECUANET Programme. He is widely published and is a key adviser on performance matters to companies in many countries.
