About the Author
Lauren and Rachel Finch are twin sisters and founders of the Finch Bakery, a small, fun-loving cake shop in the North West, making bespoke cake creations for sale in store and online. Starting as a university hobby and baking out of their parents' kitchen, Lauren and Rachel opened the Finch Bakery doors in Great Harwood in April 2016 and have never looked back.
