Reviews
'Design is becoming a basic discipline with strategic consequences in business and in society. The necessity of knowing about the changing role of design and designers should be obvious. This book contributes to this knowledge. Based on extensive research and experience the authors explore the issue of what design is and can be as well as how we can deal with design processes in different contexts. It should be essential reading for all those involved in business and design.' Assistant Professor Lisbeth Svengren, PhD, Stockholm University School of Business, Sweden Reviews: '...the book is easy to read, supported by generous case studies and diagrams,' Intra '...the authors have produced an excellent review of design, designing and designers.'
