Reviews
Contributed by entrepreneurship researchers from the US, the eight essays in this volume examine issues involved in corporate entrepreneurship in the disruptive innovation age. They address entrepreneurship in established firms; the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on balancing exploration and exploitation in the form of organizational ambidexterity; integrating corporate entrepreneurship and organization development through learning and leadership; key challenges faced by corporate entrepreneurial leaders in the age of disruptive innovation; corporate entrepreneurship as a mental model that allows firms to adapt to new competitive landscapes by facilitating the development of new cognitive scripts and schemas when lost in a rapidly changing competitive domain; how innovation teams suffer because management fails to develop a change strategy and prepare managers and participants to work in teams, with discussion of the elements needed to prepare team members; how designers and organizations can leverage design for corporate innovation; and technological firms' success in corporate innovation. -- Annotation (c)2018 * (protoview.com) *

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
