About the Author
George Duke is Senior Lecturer at Deakin University, Victoria. His research interests include the political and legal philosophy of Aristotle and natural law jurisprudence. He has published on these themes in journals such as Legal Theory, The American Journal of Jurisprudence, Law and Philosophy, the British Journal for the History of Philosophy, The Review of Metaphysics and The Review of Politics. Robert P. George is McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence and director of the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions at Princeton University, New Jersey. He is also the Herbert W. Vaughan senior fellow of the Witherspoon Institute, New Jersey and frequently a Visiting Professor at Harvard Law School. He has served on the US Commission on Civil Rights, the US President's Council on Bioethics, and as Chairman of the US Commission on International Religious Freedom, and has been honoured with the US Presidential Citizens Medal and the Honorific Medal for Human Rights of the Republic of Poland.
