About the Author
Leslie Langevin, MS RD CD is a registered dietitian who helps people manage chronic conditions and diseases through individual sessions and classes. She appears on Fox 44 News and has contributed to the fitness and nutrition column for PopSugar. Leslie co-owns Whole Health Nutrition, a functional nutrition-based practice. She lives in VT with her husband and two sons.
