Dr. Lyse Langlois is an associate professor in theDepartment of Industrial Relations at Universite Laval, with a focus onleadership and workplace ethics. She is a member of theInter-University Research Centre on Globalization and Work and theInstitut d'ethique appliquee at Universite Laval. She also sitson the Board of Trustees for the Center for the Study of Leadership andEthics at Pennsylvania State University.
