About the Author
Sarah Wakefield is the founder of Wakeology Solutions in Houston, Texas. She has worked as a training manager and train-the-trainer facilitator for the oil and gas industry and has taught communication, writing, and "life success" courses at Ivy Tech State College and at Purdue University in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Sarah holds a master's degree in communication and a bachelor's degree with a double major in professional writing and psychology, both from Purdue University.
