It's a stressful world-even for children. Yoga can help, and this fun, hands-on guide shows parents and other caregivers how to give kids the tools to relieve anxiety, gain focus, cultivate mindfulness, and feel healthier. Filled with step-by-step illustrations and instructions, Teach Your Child Yoga features practices that focus on improving posture, allergies, sleep, digestion, and more, as well as games that foster teamwork and communication.
