International Shipping (Rest of World)

Shipping is calculated based on total order weight. Heavier orders benefit from lower per-book rates, especially on orders over 2kg.

We ship to nearly every country worldwide. Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your location and selected items. Note: A small number of countries are not eligible for delivery.

Update 27/11/2025: Apologies shipping to Saudi Arabia has been discontinued. This is due to wildly inconsistent handling of book imports and related vat & import costs being passed to customers or ourselves.

Import & Export Policies

Import & Handling Fees for International Orders (Non-IOSS)

International deliveries may incur import taxes, customs duties, and/or destination-country handling fees. These vary by item value, type, weight, dimensions, origin, and destination. Customers are responsible for these charges, which cannot be confirmed prior to shipment.

Parcels may be selected for customs inspection; this process is outside our control.

Import & Handling Fees for EU IOSS Orders

For IOSS shipments, VAT is charged at checkout. Local handling or courier fees in your region may still apply and are not included in the VAT payment. These remain the customer’s responsibility. Customs inspections may still occur.

Forward Shipping & Third-Party Companies

Our responsibility for safe, timely delivery ends once a package is delivered to the address provided at purchase. If a third-party forwarding company is used thereafter, we cannot be held liable for delays, losses, or other issues arising from subsequent handling.

You may return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Exceptions

• Free gifts (e.g., bookmarks) are not eligible for refunds.
• Used items cannot be returned/refunded under claims of damage if they show signs of wear.

Damages

If requesting a refund, return, or replacement due to damage, please provide photos of the item and packaging. Our customer service team will assess eligibility; their decision is final.

Compensation

• No financial compensation for time required to complete the returns/replacement process.
• No compensation for external circumstances caused by a refund/return.
• No compensation for titles arriving late.

Refund Timeline

• Estimated Transit time for your return to reach us: 3–15 business days
• Estimated Processing time once received: 2–3 business days
• Estimated Your bank’s refund processing: 3–5 business days

Most refunds are completed within 1–4 weeks from posting your return. Please note, this is entirely dependent on global shipping and outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
