Water is used for a wide range of activities in the dairy sector, which consumes a substantial volume of first-use drinking water for production processes, cleaning and disinfection. There is great potential to exploit possible sources of reusable water. This report provides information relevant to the various steps in matching potential reusable water sources with fit-for-purpose applications in dairy operations
