Reviews

"Nina W. Brown has updated her must-have primer on facilitation of psychoeducational groups! As in previous editions, Dr Brown reveals a blueprint for the burgeoning group facilitator to design and lead successful psychoeducational groups. In this latest edition, Dr Brown addresses group design, group dynamics, and group facilitation skills, and tackles the current topics of leading psychoeducational groups safely and effectively in a culture of electronic media. I most strongly recommend this book for educators who teach psychoeducational group facilitation and for clinicians who want to lead highly effective psychoeducational groups."

It is an essential text for both practitioners and learners seeking to deepen their understanding of group dynamics and contemporary developments in psychoeducational practice. A must-read for anyone committed to advancing their knowledge in this critical area of mental health."

"This work by Dr Brown captures the power of psychoeducational groups so well. Her focus on the cognitive and the affective components of these valuable therapy groups maintains the power of group therapy through attention to the emotional impact of cognitive material. The book addresses work with people across the lifespan, bringing the power of this modality to so many. This is a must-read book for those conducting psychoeducational groups in any setting."

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
