About the AuthorDAVID ISAAC is a Chartered Surveyor and is currently Professor of Real Estate Management and Director of Research and Enterprise in the School of Architecture and Construction at the University of Greenwich, UK. He has some twenty years of experience in property development, finance and valuation and has project-managed a number of development schemes. JOHN O'LEARY is Senior Lecturer at the University of Greenwich School of Architecture and Construction. He is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Town Planner having worked as a planning consultant prior to becoming a lecturer.
