Description
'This is an exciting and timely text which captures the nature of problem-based learning and how it may be used in a variety of settings in pre-registration and post-registration nursing and midwifery. Practical ideas, advice and guidance are offered to those involved in the introduction of this teaching and learning strategy. The authors deliberately and successfully uncover relevant issues and discuss the many challenges faced when developing and implementing this strategy...an essential read to all those involved in health care delivery, whether that is as a practitioner, manager or educationalist.' - Joanne Bennett, Health and Social Care in the Community
