Reviews
'It will provide those familiar with the city an intricate, intimate glimpse of its metaphoric inner workings.' - Scott J. Nixon, The Prague Post; 'An introduction to Prague, I See a City..., by David Short's former student, Rajendra Chitnis of the University of Bristol, has been written so well that, in my opinion, it is worth buying the book for its sake alone.' - Andrei Rogatchevski, Czech Focus; 'Prague is a city of layers. A palimpsest resting atop its earlier selves. Hodrova muddles these layers. Like a napoleon pastry pounded to slop, Prague, I See a City... is deliciously messy.' - Alex McElroy, The Northwest Review of Books;
