Reviews
This competency framework was given to all the school principals of our school board to better assist them in their professional development, to help them improve student success. This book is an essential basic tool to better understand transversal skills in supervision. -- Esther Lemieux, Director General, Navigateurs School Board
It seems essential to me that school principals build a conceptual and theoretical framework to consolidate their practices in pedagogical supervision. This book provides a facilitative structure, gives a direct access to quality information and serves as a solid foundation to build upon! -- Micheline Dion, consultant in the training of school principals
