Reviews
This is a very challenging and thought-provoking read that will be an aid to all palliative day care centres endeavouring to raise their profile in the palliative care world. The book will enable new managers and their staff to plan, implement and evaluate the best service they can offer to those who use the service... A specialist book for a very specialised area. Well done. * European Journal of Palliative Care *
There is a wealth of information in this little book. It is required reading for anyone contemplating establishing a day care facility and... strongly recommended. * Roger Woodruff, Director of Palliative Care, Austin & Repatriation Medical Centre, Melbourne, Australia *
A valuable addition to hospice libraries. * Progress in Palliative Care2002 *
