About the Author
After earning an MA in the history of the ancient Mediterranean, and a second MA in the history of the ancient Near East, MALAYNA EVANS received her Ph.D. in Egyptology from the University of Chicago. She's one of a handful of scholars with expertise in ancient Egyptian history with an emphasis on women's history and gender studies in the world.
