Description
When Detective Jack Lisbon takes his daughter on a much-needed vacation to Lisbon, Portugal, the last thing he expects is to witness a chilling assassination. The victim, a university student and part-time journalist, is brutally gunned down in broad daylight on the packed No.15 tram.
Thrust into the role of special investigator, Jack must navigate a foreign city while unraveling a mystery that grows more sinister by the day. With a host of suspects, from a jilted lover to a cutthroat business tycoon, the seasoned detective must use all his skills to separate the innocent from the guilty.
But the stakes become personal when Jack is viciously attacked. Is this a warning from the killer or a random act of violence? As he balances his responsibilities as a father with his commitment to justice, Jack realizes that one thing is for certain-even in a foreign land, his uncompromising approach to police work won't be deterred.
