Yorkshire-born Elaine Lemm is a freelance food writer, writing for many leading titles, including over twenty years with the Yorkshire Post. She was food and wine editor at Yorkshire Life magazine and for seven years was with the New York Times company writing online about British food and was voted one of the top 50 food writers in the UK. She is also a long-standing member of the Guild of Food Writers.
