Cilla Chinchilla's ice cream van has only one rule: your ice cream flavour MUST rhyme with your animal name. But when her customers start to misbehave, can Cilla avoid a meltdown?

It's Rocky Road for Toad.
Banana for Iguana.
And Fig for Pig.

But when Pig demands Rocky Road, the other customers start to complain too. Can Cilla stick to her strict rhyming rule? And will Pig EVER get his Rocky Road?

A hilarious picture book from emerging talent Cara Matheson, brought to life with brilliantly bonkers illustrations from Mike Byrne.

About the Author

Cara Matheson (Author)
Cara is a children's writer, former magazine journalist and Proud Dog Person. When not taking endless photos of her curly cockapoo, Scout, she can be found reading and writing books, and getting crumbs all over her favourite blanket as she munches a cinnamon bun or seven.

Cara loves writing funny picture books - often in rhyme and always with a sprinkle of silliness.

She lives in Greenwich, London, with her brilliant daughters, husband (similarly brilliant, she should probably add), and the aforementioned Scout, with whom she volunteers in schools as part of the Read2Dogs scheme.

Mike Byrne (Illustrator)
Mike Byrne grew up on the Wirral near Liverpool before moving to Wales to study Illustration at Glyndwr University. He began his career as a designer for a greetings card company and then became a studio manager for a licensed stationery designer before leaving to fulfil his dream of illustrating children's books. Mike now lives in the countryside with his wife, cat and his two baby sons where he spends his days doodling and illustrating children's books fuelled only by tea and biscuits
