Reviews
"In Viner's exquisite debut, a Southern California woman raised in a cult struggles to reconnect with a lost love amid a dystopian society...With a wholly original and eerily suspenseful story, Viner has created a modern society that's just creepy enough to be believable. Fans of Margaret Atwood will eat this up." -Publishers Weekly
"Jane of Battery Park is an atmospheric novel centered by its characters' determination, regret, and second chances." -Foreword Reviews
"An engrossing love story superimposed against a backdrop of Christian fundamentalism and domestic terrorism." -The Book Slut
"A touching love story superimposed on a tale from America's dark side. Jane of Battery Park has the propulsiveness and gripping plot twists of a thriller but also meditates deeply on loss, belonging, and redemption." -Jennie Melamed, Crime Reads
"Everything about Jane of Battery Park is unexpected, precarious, paranoid, and quirky." -Third Coast Review
