About the Author
Indira Carr is Emeritus Professor of Law at the University of Surrey. She writes extensively on international trade law, corruption, and information technology law. Carr edits Information and Communications Technology Law and co-edits Asian Philosophy. Both journals are published by Taylor & Francis.
Jae Sundaram is Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Buckingham. A dual-qualified lawyer, he has published scholarly articles in law of world trade, modern armed-conflict, and commercial conflict, and is the author of the monograph Pharmaceutical Patent Protection and World Trade Law.
