This book explores the possibilities and scope of facilitating Bangladesh's battle against climate change with regard to relevant international legal instruments, as well as national laws and policies. The Post-Paris global climate regime considers adaptation, mitigation, climate finance, technology transfer, capacity building, and compensation for losses and damage associated with climate change as essential tools for combating it.
