Description

Skyler Luiken and his ragtag crew of scavengers, scientists, and brawlers have a new mission: a long journey to a distant planet where a race of benevolent aliens are held captive behind a cloud of destructive ships known as the Swarm Blockade. No human ships have ever made it past this impenetrable wall, and Skyler knows not what to anticipate when they reach their destination. Will it be a rescue operation-or suicide mission?

Part one of a thrilling action-adventure sci-fi duology featuring indomitable characters, incredible worlds, and plenty of rip-roaring action and thrills!. This brand-new series is a direct follow-up to the New York Times bestselling Darwin Elevator trilogy {The Darwin Elevator, The Exodus Tower, The Plague Forge). The sequel, Escape Velocity, will be published by Titan Books in June 2017. Jason M. Hough is also the author of the standalone sci-fi thriller Zero World, now optioned for TV by Patrick Dempsey's Shifting Gears Productions, and Turning Point, an official Star Wars short story.

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
