About the AuthorDr. Mario Silva Ph.D is a Distinguished Visiting Professor at Ryerson University in Toronto and author. He was appointed in 2013 to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) as the Canadian Chair and has continued to be an active scholar and activist in this field of human rights and genocide.
