He was also Chairman of the Air Safety Working Party of the European Transport Safety Council; Professor H. Muir is Head of the Human Factors Group the College of Aeronautics, Cranfield University, UK; M. James is Senior Psychologist, Psychological Sciences Department of the DERA Centre for the Human Sciences, Farnborough, UK; Dr D. Gradwell is Head of Altitude Research a the RAF Institute of Aviation Medicine at Farnborough, UK; Dr R.L. Green is Consultant in Aviation Medicine to the UK Civil Aviation Authority and British Airways.
