Sarah Shourd's play about solitary confinement, The Box, wrapped up a successful run in San Francisco and should be coming to New York this Fall (details TK). All three authors are skilled media strategists and interviewees Academic adoptions: This is a book that everyone involved in criminal justice ought to read, and the hardcover edition saw strong adoptions so the paperback will find adoptions in courses on criminology, psychology, and human rights courses.
