Reviews
I was completely inspired by Linda's book. Its a stunning contribution to women's health in every way. Linda draws on her extensive experience with women's issues to develop a truly comprehensive and holistic approach to wellness. In a sensitive and professional manner, she explores not only the physical symptoms of dis-ease and imbalance, but the spiritual and emotional aspects of health - or lack of it - as well. Herbal protocols are well rounded and thought out, and developed in such a way that women can chose what they need most. This book, I'm sure, will be be a valuable resource for women seeking answers to their health problems and health professionals as well. I'll certainly recommend it to the women I know! Rosemary Gladstar, Herbalist and author of Herbal Healing for WomenHealing Our Hormones, Healing Our Lives is a must for all women and their practitioners who wish to truly heal body, mind and spirit. Well researched, informative and compassionately presented, I found myself appreciating with wonder the intricate interplay between my own hormones, emotions and spiritual yearnings.
