About the Author
Dr Wynnie Chan is a Public Health Nutritionist. She is the editor of four books in the McCance and Widdowson's The Composition of Foods series and the co-author of Fresh Chinese with Ken Hom. Her recipes also appeared in Ken Hom's Nutriwok Kit. She has written numerous articles for consumer magazines and newspapers, as well as scientific journals.
