Description
- National publicist Jerry McGlothlin has been retained to provide publicity for the book launch. The author, Nate Birt, will be sending out the book for trade and consumer reviews via NetGalley. A list of six celebrity, pro-life, adoption and Christian community endorsements is attached to this marketing plan.
- In addition, Nate will solicit interviews with major newspapers, magazines, radio and television programs, blogs, and podcasts that appeal to the target audience for this book, young parents/prospective parents seeking to build their families. Nate is a contributor to The Washington Post's On Parenting blog and intends to submit posts for publication directly linked to the subject matter of the book. (A sample radio interview with KXEO may be heard here.)
- The author will have several author signings in bookstores in the Columbia and St. Louis, Mo., areas. He will participate in CBA UNITE 2019 trade show in July 2019 in Nashville.
- A website devoted to providing additional information on the book and the author's public speaking page for bookings launched in August 2018 and includes a book trailer and a full media kit. The author will be mentioning the book frequently in his weekly blog and email newsletter. In addition, the author will launch a major social network marketing blitz utilizing Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Beginning with the publication of the book in April 2018, the author will begin a campaign of media appearances and paid advertisements that reach the target audience for the book of young parents/prospective parents seeking to have children and receptive to the idea of embryo adoption. Tentative plans include a social media blitz, an ad in the Munce Spring Catalog and a Tri-Media Marketing Services email blast to at least 10,000 church leaders.
