Adela Maria Bolet is a research associate in the Energy and Strategic Resources Program at CSIS, holds a B.S. degree from the Georgetown University Honors Program in Humanities in International Relations and a postgraduate degree in International Law from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna

Found a hard to get book…
