His responsibilities include business analysis, information architecture, solution documentation, educational content development and delivery. Norman received a Ph.D. and M.A. in Philosophy from the Ohio State University and has completed graduate courses in legal studies at the University of Illinois. He has researched and published on issues in information technology ethics and business ethics. He has taught ethics, business ethics, and logic and critical thinking at colleges and universities over the last three decades.
