"A defining characteristic of a true learning culture is that leaders and experts are equipped and empowered to contribute to the learning of others in formal and informal ways - this is not solely the responsibility of L&D teams. In this book, Kasper and Videhi outline an approach and a process of how to effectively establish Employee-generated Learning as an impactful and practical way of scaling and speeding up the design the delivery of learning content.
