About the Author
Kim Smith illustrated this storybook adaptation of Elf. She s also the artist behind Home Alone and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York, The X-Files: Earth Children Are Weird, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Back to the Future, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Karate Kid and Doctor Who: The Runaway TARDIS, all published by Quirk Books. She graduated from the Alberta College of Art and Design. Kim lives in Alberta, Canada.
