About the Author
Eater is a digital media brand dedicated to all things food and dining. The Eater brand comprises a national site covering food and dining culture, 25 city sites tracking local dining scenes, a robust YouTube channel featuring documentary-style videos about the inner workings of restaurants, and a variety of social channels, all run by a diverse team of writers, editors, producers, and contributors. Hillary Dixler Canavan is Eater's restaurant editor. She worked her way up through the New York City restaurant scene before landing at Eater in 2013. As part of the publication's award-winning editorial team, she defines the scope of Eater's national restaurant coverage and leads major initiatives including the Best New Restaurant list. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and daughter. Stephanie Wu is the editor in chief of Eater. The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.

Found a hard to get book…

Finding a hard to get book on Booksplease and with it not being an over inflated price was great. Ordering was really easy with updates on despatch. The book was packaged well and in great condition. I will certainly use them again.
