Sara Lewis has been a professional food stylist and home economist for over 30 years, having started her career in magazines, where she contributed regularly to Slimming World and was the Cookery Editor at Practical Parenting magazine. She is best known for a series of books on slow cooking but has written books on such diverse subjects as bread-making, ice cream, freezing, gluten-free, children's cooking, soups, juices, jams and salads. She has collaborated with the Royal Marsden Hospital, Age Concern, The National Trust, British Heart Foundation and the Women's Institute.

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.

Found a hard to get book…
