This volume is dedicated to 1/48, 1/72 and 1/35 scale drawings of post- World War II armoured vehicles from 1945 to 1990 and the Cold War period, organised in a chronological order. A great resource for anyone modelling this period, most of these drawings display 4-view plans and with some of the models, five or more views. During this period, the Main Battle Tank emerged, and the terms Light, Medium and Heavy Tank gradually disappeared. Also, the specialised APCs and IFVs came of age, and very deadly anti-tank weapons on light vehicles made their entrance. Included here are the armoured fighting vehicles that fought in Korea and Vietnam, in the Arab-Israeli wars, and in other conflicts around the globe, as well as those that never saw combat. About the Author George Bradford is a technical artist and military historian who has been producing scale drawings for more than thirty years. His other books include American Armored Fighting Vehicles, British Armored Fighting Vehicles, German Early War Armored Fighting Vehicles, and German Late War Armored Fighting Vehicles.
