He is the coauthor, with Alan Sokal, of Fashionable Nonsense: Postmodern Intellectuals' Abuse of Science.Julie Franck is assistant professor at the Laboratory of Experimental Psycholinguistics, University of Geneva. Her research concerns syntax in adults and children.
