Reviews
Clear, colourful and well set out; These two Skoldo books are well presented & very useful for me as a French tutor. They are very well thought out; I have bought the whole series of Skoldo French over the years and find the booklets give some good ideas for games or activities particularly if you don't have too much experience in teaching the language; The book is full of creative material to be used with individual children or in a class. I am using it successfully with a small group. We can work through the material orally - and even make our own flashcards and cue prompts for practise and then the student can complete the written work without any fear of failure. The colourful images help the children whose first language is not English to understand what the material is about as well as prompting understanding in those whose mother tongue is English. It is a useful tool for oral and written French for beginners to the language; Great book. Some fun activities to do on each page, attractively set out. Good as an extra "inking in" of French studies for children.
