About the Author
Julia Canning skilfully compiled this fabulous selection of salad recipes. She first became passionate about food when she attended a Cordon Bleu cooking course. Julia visited France frequently where she enjoyed their enthusiastic attitude to food, and she loved trying new dishes from all over the world. Her long career in food writing included editing several Good Housekeeping recipe books and working as an editor for such publishers as DeAgostini and Marshall Cavendish.

One of the best online booksellers out there.

I always check Booksplease before looking at other online sellers because in many instances, particularly with older titles, their books are a lot cheaper. There is added postage, but when you add this to the overall cost you are still spending less than you would otherwise pay elsewhere.
