Description

This is an easy to use guide on how to complete the various types of assessment normally encountered in undergraduate law programmes. Encouraging students to apply the skills they have learnt, it covers a wide range of tasks including essay writing, giving presentations and moots, taking exams and completing dissertations.

(...) a commendable aim of providing an accessible text covering a wide range of written assessments. The style is accessible in that it relatively informal and avoids lengthy, complex sentences.' - Kathy Quinlan, Deputy Head, Anglia Law School 'The material is set out systematically and the chapters appear to be balanced (..) comes across as a comprehensive study guide rather than a detailed textbook on writing law assignments (...)The book is correctly pitched at the first year law undergraduate student and would also be helpful for all years of undergraduate law degrees. It would also be useful for the Common Professional Examination Student, whose understanding of writing essays, reports etc is generally reasonable well developed but these type of students needs to polish and perfect their legal writing.' - Lucy Jones,

The shipping was just superior

The shipping was just superior; not even one of the books was in contact with the shipping box -anywhere-, not even a corner or the bottom, so all the books arrived in perfect condition. The international shipping took around 2 weeks, so pretty great too.
